About Go by Bike Week:

Event Dates: Monday, May 30 - Sunday, June 5, 2022

Find more information and register at bikehub.ca/gbbw

Since 2007, Go by Bike Week (formerly known as Bike to Work Week) has motivated 130,000 participants to cycle their daily commute including 20,000 new cyclists

Go by Bike Week is a week-long behaviour change campaign aimed to showcase how resilient cycling is as a mode of transportation. During the week-long event, HUB Cycling encourages people to get out and ride their bikes anywhere and everywhere. Log your trips online at bikehub.ca/gbbw for a chance to win great prizes, track your kilometers, and see how many greenhouse gas emissions you’ve saved.

This spring, as COVID-19 restrictions are lifted, we're excited to rename our Knowledge HUB stations to Celebration Stations! At Celebration Stations, participants have a chance to win awesome prizes, get free bike checks, and receive free snacks! We will also see the return of our popular Community Stations hosted by bike-friendly businesses and organizations across Metro Vancouver offering free snacks, giveaways, and basic bike maintenance.

As always, registration for Go by Bike Week is 100% free. You can register as a team, join an existing team, or register solo. Participants can register before or during the event at bikehub.ca/gbbw.

Why Register for Go by Bike Week?

  • Registration is free
  • Enter into prize draws and the overall grand prize - a Cycling Adventure for 2 in the Netherlands, sponsored by Exodus Travels
